Return Policy

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please email [email protected] for authorization. Be sure to have the reason for the return. All returns must be sent back in its appropiate packaging material, protected and untouched. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in good condition when we recieve the products back. As a wholesale customer, you must meet certain minimum requirements. If items are returned and not replaced with a new order within 24 hours, you will no longer be accepted as a wholesaler. Each return will be judged individually and must meet our return criteria.
